Collect and manage customer data
Every company strives to attract new customers and constantly expand and maintain its customer base. Customer loyalty systems based on loyalty cards are ideally suited for this purpose. At the beginning of such a system there is collection of customer data first.
In your branch there are application forms, which the customer can complete quickly and easily – and immediately a discount is granted from the current purchase. You send the filled out application forms to us – we feed all the data into a customer database. A few days after filling out the form, your customer will already find his personal loyalty card in his mail box.
Before each card dispatch you receive the customer database as an Excel file from us, so you also have your customers at a glance. The further processing of the data enables detailed customer analyzes and advertising mailings to specific target groups, as well as birthday greetings or special promotions.
