Conventional standard ISO ID-1 cards are often unsuitable as event passes. The name and a possibly existing photo have too little space to be clearly visible. The XXL cards are ideal to recognize all information at an event at one glance. A large printed name is easy to read, and allows quick contact with other visitors. A large color photo makes it easier to control at check-in. XXL cards are available in different formats. For security-relevant applications, it is possible to use additional security printing, such as UV prints.

Basically, there are no limits to your wishes – we produce plastic cards in your desired format and strength. However, if you want to print the cards with a card printer, the standard “Eventpass” format is 86 x 124 mm. These cards can also be individually punched, with a slot, or provided with two holes to prevent twisting the card on the lanyard.

For the ID4Africa Annual Meeting 2018, Variuscard produced high secure XL event badges. The XL visitor passes were provided with UV colors, which are only visible under black light, and with an Iriodin hologram imprint. With these security features copying is almost impossible.
