The raw material used for our R-PVC and R-PET cards consists of waste from the packaging-, printing-, window- and automobile industries.
While these environmentally friendly cards are in no way inferior to our conventional plastic cards in terms of stability and feel, they are made of at least 99% recycled materials.
Our recycled PVC/PET cards can be processed, personalized and coded like conventional plastic cards. Magnetic stripe and chip coding as well as personalization with text & barcode are just as possible as the finishing with special colors, foil embossing and holograms.
These PVC/PET cards from recycling materials are available in different qualities from 0.40mm to the standard ISO quality of 0.80mm.
As smart variation with chip and/or magnetic strips, the environmentally friendly cards can be produced in the quality of 0.80 mm with a recycling content of up to 94%*.
* The proportion of RFID parts including antenna + silicon chip is approx. 6%
In order to reduce dependence on raw materials and protect the environment, we use recycled materials and also recycle our production waste to generate as little garbage as possible.
Our 100% recycled PVC / PET cards can be personalized and encoded by you on site with DOD inkjet or thermal transfer printers.
This means that this environmentally friendly alternative to our conventional plastic card does not require any changes to the equipment in your shop, at your event, etc., which in return protects the environment, too.
