From 50 pcs. we offer you the possibility to have your smart cards digitally printed in retransfer printing. From 500 pcs. we offer smart card printing in high-quality offset printing and screen printing. All common chip types can be printed in our production. Furthermore, holograms, security colors and magnetic stripes can be applied to smart cards.
On request, we can also encode your chip cards with your application. Or, read out the UID number, or other data, for you. We also print it and write it back to a database, which you receive from us. If you would like to offer your customers an NFC card, we will assist you in programming the NDEF content.
If you want to print cards yourself and give them out immediately on spot, we offer high-quality retransfer printers. Retransfer printers allow you to print your own full-color or partial-color cards within a few seconds. Also on uneven surfaces such as smart cards or RFID cards, you can print up to the edge in best quality with a resolution of 600 dpi.
Security features such as holograms, laminates and UV security prints are also possible. It allows you to print security IDs for employees quickly. Of course, we also offer you our own software for design and database connection.
Did you know that smart cards can damage an usual thermo transfer printer? Visible chips and non-secure RFID chips may destroy the thermal print head due to the unevenness in the card. In addition, picture elements may not be printed completely and white spots may appear. For this reason, chip cards mainly use retransfer technology.
