It’s a long way before your client holds his personal card in hands. From collection of data to personalization and mailing, many individual steps are necessary. We help you to find the best solution for your needs and implement them quickly and and best price.

Step 1: Card personalization
For our fully automatic production of a card mailing a small barcode on front or back of the card is necessary. In addition, the card can be personalized with customer number, name, photo or magnetic stripe. Depending on the requirements, one-color thermal-transfer, embossing or forgery-proof photo personalization can be used.
Step 2: Addressing + personalization of letter and inserts
To personalize mailing, the personalized card is read out via barcode or magnetic stripe. All necessary data associated with the person is then printed on the letter. This includes not only salutation, name and address but also different letter texts and signatures.
Step 3: Mail preparation
The card is now placed on the letter and packed with inserts in the envelope. The mailing will be provided with the necessary post note and brought to the post office postage-optimized.
